2nd EUROPEAN HEALTH CONFERENCE
Claiming over 60% of all deaths, non-communicable diseases are currently the world’s main killer and it is forecast that the numbers of people affected by mental health conditions, cardiovascular diseases, cancers, chronic respiratory diseases and diabetes will increase substantially in the coming decades. Economic projections suggest that the global cost of lifestyle related diseases should be about $47 trillion by 2030!
Modern medicine with its high technology and continually emerging new medications appears to be unable to impede and overcome the hazardous outcomes of a faulty lifestyle. The answers to these modern diseases are lifestyle changes as primary prevention and lifestyle prescription as secondary or tertiary prevention, to tackle the disease at its very root and also treat the outcomes.
The time has to come to use “Lifestyle as Vaccine and Treatment for an unhealthy world.” Richard Carmona, former US Surgeon General
"Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power - these are the true remedies." Ellen White, author & lecturer

For a long time diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes as well as certain mental health conditions were considered “incurable” and patients were told that they would have to be on medications for the rest of their lives. Scientific evidences are now showing that it is not as was formerly assumed...
CREATION LIFESTYLE
The first chapter of the book of Genesis is mostly contemplated as an account of the Creation of the world or a streamlined description of the wonders of the heaven, the land and the sea that God created in six days. More rarely is it looked at as the description of an minutely adjusted environment and principles designed to bring life, health and happiness.
